This means that we don’t need to send someone out to your house, or have you clambering around trying to get those final meter reads. Not only does this remove the hassle of getting the information to us but it also removes the risk of human error. And when it comes to the all-important number you are going to be billed for, we don’t want to risk that.

This technology is also used so that we can let you know exactly how much electricity you are using per half hour. This allows you to keep track of what activities or appliances are really pushing up your power bills.

When we receive your application we will also let your previous power company know that you will be joining us. This means no awkward conversation for you. They will then send you out your final bill and confirm the date that we will take over your account.
